So I'm hoping this is more in the realm of what you guys are suggesting for me.

I would really like to get some root inoculant if the one that I have isn't going to work for this particular situation. But again, I'm not sure if that one would suffice here.

At this point i always suggest some sort of dome cover. A glas or something to minimize the evaporation until the leafs looks better.
That would be my way of trying to save it.

And i'd like to know why not start in the growing medium it's gonna grow in?
To avoid transition as ninja mention.
I'm just asking because i don't understand the rockwool start.
Bingo .. raise the humidity up high. 70-80% abouts.

If it's wilting from losing water too fast from the leaves, yes. If it's wilting because fusarium is eating the inside of the stem or if it's anaerobic, no.

I would try and get a peek at that stem beneath the dirt where it goes into the cube and make sure it hasn't turned brown and started hollowing out inside. If it has, write it off and move on. If a rescue is possible, it'll be the cube sitting on top of a pile of dirt to try and get the "ick" risk away from the stem while the young roots can still explore.
She looks very sad but I didn't think I saw anything out of the ordinary where the stem meets the rockwool cube. I am a little worried about the amount of space she has before she hits that dome though. Hopefully it won't be much of an issue.

Looks like it perked up and the stem does look good, so the good news is it may have just been a hard VPD crash. It's not out of the game yet, but it's also not out of the woods. Leave it on for a few days but take it off periodically throughout the day for fresh air and brief changes in rh value to help gently acclimate it to swings.

Looks good.
The soil still looks a bit dry but maybe it's just the picture that makes the bottom 3/4 looks dry .

And don't worry about the space. Just make sure the roots have at least some moist where they are.
I'd also like to see some moist on that dome but maybe the vent prevent that?

So the dome has been staying misty. I am trying not to over water though. I have been using 20 ml syringes to feed her or even just misting the soil with a spray bottle. The pics don't really show the levels of moisture in and around the plant lol odd. But I tried to get some better ones.

Looks good 👍
I don't think you need the dome for long.
Tomorrow you can try to remove it and watch if the leafs drops.
Then it need it a bit more.
Do not keep wetting the soil.....also needs oxygen! Need those roots to reach out to the soil (medium)
Yes but look at the transplant pictures. The roots looks like they dried out. At least thats what i assume.

Edit: Buy yes if all soil is moist it doesn't need much water when in dome.

Now have patience young grasshopper 😉

Yeah I haven't given her much water at all since I put her in the new container, and I think in total I used 3 of those 20 ML syringes equalling 60 ML total. Time will tell lol. I'm not used to working with clones, my more recent years have been from seed. Growing up most of my knowledge came from my dad making clones and selling them to the dispos and I would help him a lot with making and maintaining them, but that was decades ago and my brain doesn't work as well as it used to! So I am grateful for all the advice given on this platform!

My take on this one is that the rock cube is rotten. I would pull it off the plant rinse and replace with soil. It’s got roots, no reason for it anymore. It can skedaddle

Would you be able to tell from looking at these pictures?

So, I have a question year before last when I did a grow inside, during early flower I realized that one of the plants turned into a herm and it was my first time dealing with that situation so it could have been from a couple of different things. Could the issues that I have already had with this little clone cause something like this to happen? I'm sure it could, but how soon would I see signs and how much of a risk am I putting on my other clone keeping them in the same space together?

Any and all info would be great! Thanks guys!
