Lol I remember a few years ago getting excessively frustrated that I couldn't get the ductwork connected(used duct tape and it was sticking to me and nothing else)Okay, okay, spent most of this afternoon putting that extractor/blower thing in the tent. But now the light isn't EXACTLY in the center.Wait, if I drop it down a little. Nevermind. LOL
Oh, and I ran all the wires for the little connection devices so I can use the AI controller. (still haven't downloaded the app.)(no I'm not procrastinating... really.)
Let me just say, if you are disabled and think you're gonna put this stuff together, be prepared to swear, alot. Just sayin'.

The roots that are not in the water will become fluffy and act as lungs i think your at a nice water levelBTW, @PlumberSoCal2, how's my first Kratky grow doing? Should I add more solution to the jar?

And when you change water kept the level the same. Filling above the current line could literally drown the plant. The roots that are not in the water will become fluffy and act as lungs i think your at a nice water level
Bigger jar? I use 2 & 2.5 ltr soda bottles and those roots run out of room quick but I was able to keep them for 5-6 monthsBTW, @PlumberSoCal2, how's my first Kratky grow doing? Should I add more solution to the jar?

Cpurola do you have this jar in your tent? I think i may try this once for fun. What holds the plant in the net pot what kind of plug is that? What's the solution in the jar? Sorry maybe i best just go read up on this method i don't want to clog your space. When do I change it?
Plant itselfe holds the rockwool to the netpot. You can find many sizes one will fit your jar.in my case its masterblend nutrients but cant remember what she used i think it was postedCpurola do you have this jar in your tent? Amnesia is correct, I used Masterblend nutes and their recommended solution mix. I started with the canning jar 'cause I found a cute kit on Amazon, Kratky kit. BUT it did not come with the sponges so I had to buy those and they were too big for the netpot so I cut them almost in half and trimmed to fit.Cpurola do you have this jar in your tent? Always something new to learn! Kids jumped in feet first, one did the flood and drain hydro and the other built his own A-frame gutter, hydro thingy. We need to do like them.Does look like fun though doesn’t it?
Sure we do, we just don't like to admit it was a mistake but we aren't too old to learn from it...you know that.We old people don't like making mistakes,
