Ive been staring at this strawberry soda... I think shes stretching like this because she didnt get a chance to grow the leaves needed for the energy shes trying to use. Since she doesnt have the leaves shes trying to get closer to the energy source.

Making a couple upgrades to the gas chamber today. I'll start with this AC Infinity 16" bowl trimmer. Im very skeptical about trimming gadgets in general but also cant get myself to keep up with hand trimming. I was recommended the TrimBag by another grower but my guy at the grow store pointed out you need a good amount of bud to make the trimbag work halfway decent. Since I have different strains, yields, and timing of harvests I went with the bowl.

After the first run I say its way better than the hand trimming process but obviously by hand will always be more precise. If you zoom in on the trim you can see you lose some chunks of good bud. Results are very acceptable tho and what you "lose" is still there easy to collect. It took no more than 10 minutes to unbox, setup, and trim a few oz. If you grow enough that you dont need to worry about yield then I think these are worth it. If you only grow a few plants and are a light smoker then it might not be the best option.

The other upgrade for the gas chamber is a worm bin.

Worms from the local grow store. I have to wait until Tues. but Im going to get another bucket.

Added some amendments to the bedding.

Mixed in some barley straw and rice hulls.

Drilled some drainage and oxygen holes. Used a couple pieces of pvc as spacers. Not pictured is a 1/2" hole right in the center for the actual drainage. When under load that should be the lowest point on the bottom.

Added some straw at the bottom acting as a screen.

Finished 1st tote and I'll be adding another tote once its needed. Leaves are there for shade while I left the light on pushing the worms into the bedding.

I just looked up the iced n baked which by itself has potential. Those seeds could be some tasty fire as well as being good looking plants. The combined effects from the 2 strains has potential too. You might have a nice gem there.

Now I'm afraid to try to grow them 'cause I just know, I'll mess it up.

And i didn't notice the brown spots. Probably what we call beauty spots around here.

I thought you were saying ouch like "that hurts to see". I was freaking out the first sign of it because it starts on the edges of the leaves. Read up on the strain. I think she gets that coloring from the grape crinkle. I also have the tent dropping from 78f to 68f at night which brings that color out. You did nothing wrong. No apologizes needed. You can say whatever you want over here. All opinions welcome.

I'll say it.
I don't believe in the stretchy one.
It's just me liking guessing and also guessing phenos early. I'm not an expert just interested. And i feel i'm right many times with my own.
I did judge one of my own wrong i think this grow. But that's what exciting to find out for me.
