Hows it going? Hopefully one day soon I could fully utilize a large scale trimmer such as offered by you folks. Question that arises from myself and all folks who i've known to use one is finished product quality.

Now this the idea of a "very well trimmed" product may vary from person to person, some actual pics of buds that got trimmed in these machines or anyone using machines from your site would be great!! Pics do the talking and would sell me much quicker than pics of the machine or it trimmin hops. Large scale hand trimming can be a pain in the ass, but after the work that goes into super dank buds it may be worth it....

The Twister looks killer, haven't heard much on the smaller ones, but have heard follks say they were very disappointed with trim quality on trim pros etc...

Any input? And more importantly pics or vids of mary jane flowers? Thanks!

Good question there true grit>>>>On my wish list>>>>I have been thinking a lot about these twisters>>>my main concern is the trim quality>>>I get a certain amount for my crop the trim quality is a big factor in that:) Wondering if running it threw the machine a couple of times would bring it up to par without molesting the product to much:) Could always touch up the finished nugz by hand too.

GTD- totally bro... I guess the question is how close does it get without roughing things up too much, or close enough compared to my/your standards it appears. Hell i still find myself touching up out the jar. lol. Wonder if you could put a screen/pan on the bottom and catch the trichs...hehehe...

KT- fa sho, think thats what its all about to sell these things. Show me buds that look like buds I trim and then tell me how exponentially faster it was than my hand jobber and I'll be much more apt....

the twister is by far the most impressive unit out there - even more so when you put 2 units together...

the trim job prolly wont live up to your hand trim standards (it doesnt to mine) but with one machine (running everything through twice) you can do over 10 lbs in one workday with 2 guys easily.

the machine itself is impressive, from the collection system to how you just drag the whole twister outside and power wash it.

a third trim might get it closer to my standards, however the stuff I smoked that was trimmed with the trimpro looks as good or better then a lot of weed I have been seeing at clubs lately.

dont have any more of that smoke or I would post up some pix for you guys - Ill see what I can do!

Happy to see my Trim Scene brothers finally hooked up here. Welcome to the Farm.
I can vouch for the Twister. It trims very tight. I grow for a large collective and they would not be happy if their meds appeared damaged or poorly trimmed. I would not use the machine if it was damaging. It would not be worth the amazing time savings if it was wrecking the product.
I have done a forty pound day with one machine. I have a friend who did a sixty pound day. That is dry weight. He was working a much longer day with a really solid larger crew. I do touch everything up after it comes out of the machine. Some strains need it more than others. Most nice chunky buds will need little if any. We either touch it up right when it comes out of the machine or sometimes we waited till after it was dry. I breed my strains to be big, chunky and have a lot of weight so the Twister does great for me. The one strain that we grew last year that needed a lot of touch up was a really wimpy poor yielding Sour Diesel clone that I will never grow again. OG did great, Mr Nice did great. All of my seed strains did great.
Here are some pics of the dry buds. Do they look damaged or poorly trimmed to you?

Wet bud pics. These are fresh out of the machine and were not touched up at all. As you can see, the right strain properly grown needs pretty much zero touch up.

We ran them through just once. Too much herb and not enough time to do a second pass. Most didn't need a second pass anyways. The Sour D was the only one that would have benefited and it was really more the strain. The machine could only make those small airy buds look so good.
This year I will be running two back-to-back set ups. It is the equivalent of doing two passes through one machine but now I can stuff the hopper non stop. The buckers are going to have a tough time keeping up with the machines. I hope to be doing around 8 lbs per hour.

here are some buds out of the trim reaper, I know its not the same as that big boy twister trimming machines, the reaper is much rougher on the buds so there is no way the trichomes will get fucked up in a twister,I have to touch up the buds after each run for aobut 1-2mins after I run the machine, but it holds about 2oz, so it takes me about 4mins for 2oz

Humboldt- thank you brother! Thats the type of shit I wanted to see!! Most definitely looks very good quality trim and if it lives up to your standards must be killer. The double up idea sounds like the best bet for sure. I guess strain selection will make a huge difference in finished product with these. Do you have any pics of the sub par diesel? It would be nice to also see what you consider a not so close trim for comparison. Oh and btw nice fuckin football buds bro!! LOL!!

spins a lot faster than I pictured in my head. truthfully I dont know how anyone growing 10lbs a month doesnt have one of these. trimming machines make trimming as close to enjoyable as possible. I would own one if I could get away with the noise. nice videos
