hey guys.. fruit here.. just trying to find out who is in the new england area.. im from the border of mass... and vermont.. just growing for personal use..

I was thinking about tossing the clones out very shortly probably between may 1st and the 15th..
I have about 50 strains to choose from .. ( a friend of mine sells clones.. and does the pheno hunting so i get great strains..) also germing some seeds i got off attitude seedbank..

so i will have a couple spots 2 that will be strictly for attitude seedbank seeds.. and for clones that i buy.. the rest of the spots i will try to toss out some bagseed everywere just to test spots for next season.. and to keep people away from my headstash .

just looking for some tips on how u guys get your clones or seedlings out to the spot.... and also was looking to see if anyone has just started seeds right outside.. i was thinking about germing some .. and tossing them into the woods behind the house next to mine.. and just see what happens.. will they make it or not?

and anyone have an easy way to keep bugs and animals away from guirilla style grows.

do u have to like dig out the area.. so theres no leaves and plants around.. then plant so less bugs.. or what? any help would be sweet..

thanks guys..

ive done indoors for a while now.. but outdoors only last season.. and we had a huge hurricane and rain storm 3 weeks early.. so we got nice bud rotten plants.. it was a great time. so i am not putting all my eggs in one basket thisyear.

get a farmer almanac to find frost/freezing times for your area n good luck, sounds like u got a nice setup w/clones there which is how i would go,, never seeds, of unsure crap, why waste ur time? gro keeprs n headies...find an early strain and avoid previous years problems....read up on outdoor prepping n stuff

Start your seeds and clones indoors. Once they are about 18" tall or so its time to bring them outside. Before placing them in full sun your going to want to place them in a shaded area where they wont get full sun. Once they are more used to the outdoors you can then transplant and place them in full sun. This is what hardening off is. Getting indoor plants used to the great outdoors.

Yes you can start seeds outdoors but there are lots of bugs and stuff that would love to munch on your little babies. Easy dinner for them for sure. Not a smart thing to pop worthy beans straight outdoors. Even if you were to germ your bagseeds and you throw 100 seeds out in the field only 10% or so will make it. Once again easy fixins for the bugs and critters. Not worth the trouble. Instead put a bunch of seedlings in one pot and grow like 2-4 plants per pot for shitts and giggles. Better off doing something like that than just tossing seeds in a field.

To deter animals put up some chicken wire spray painted the color of the foliage. Piss around the grow area as well lol! Works. For bugs get yourself a organicide spray for mold and diseases. Some caterpiller spray as well for all them wiggly critters

If your not going to grow in pots then yes you will have do dig out a couple spots for your plants. Many spots staggered in wierd places. Much better than just one main spot. Dig at least 3 ft down and fill with your favorite soil or look for a soil in your area that contains everything needed to keep the plant happy and healthy. All you'll have to do is feed with plain water. You can add some late flower stimulants and some molasses when needed.

Dont forget to check out the Farmers Almanac

Good luck with everything and i hope for the best. Be safe keep it real and have a happy growing of a year

Peace out FruitOfTheLabor :)

south facing hills with grass growing is ideal....edge of fields, cornfields, the better your choice, the better your bud, the poorer your choice, maybe no bud, do some homework already guy, grow up a little

Look at the surroundings. Most farmers check out the spot the year where they check on the amount of sunlight and how the fauna grows in the area from beginning to end of season. For your firsdt outdoor grow just find a nice sunny secluded spot and clear the area only removing dead matter. Make your garden blend in. Next year if your crop makes it you can then work the ground and prepare the soil for the upcoming grow season. Jyip is right get yourself a book on outdoor guerilla growing. Then you will have all or most answers in front of you. If you get confused then you can come to the farm and post a thread and ask for answers to your questions. Grab the Farmers Almanac and a guerilla grow book. You'll be happy you did. Peace out!

BTW JUST TO NOTE- idk if you guys have deer prevalent in your areas but GOOD LORD they are all about this cannabis when small. ive noticed for them to stop niblling or tearing the roots out n eating them once they get about 2 feet. how ever just to note ive always heard that our hair clippings are a good thing to deter them. idk if you should use your own or like run through crowds and casually clip long hair, I DUNNO but ive heard these things

run them along powerline cuts on both the anthony and greylock side of the line thats what the oldschoolers taught me to do. the power companys used to clear the brambles out in april/may in the southern 802, human hair scattered around the perimeter of ur grow will cut down on the deer, just need to go ask at a barber shop for hair

My advice would be to start your clones inside and bring them out some time mid june. The weather can still be unpredictable in may. Last year I jumped the gun and planted 3 small seedlings at the end of may. During veg they grew very tall and lanky which affected the yield. My plan this year is to veg way longer inside until I have a bush with a solid root system before I transplant. I plan on getting them in the ground mid to late june when the spring rain stops and the temperature is more stable.
