Ok so i have been flushing for about four days and tere is only a very little defoliation going on at the very bottom leaves is it normal

Its actually been about a week so three times

Do the trichs on leaves turn first before the buds cause i looked this morning and some on leaves are amber very few only on leaves

Can i use just distilled water or would ro water be better for flushing
