That leaves it wind open to persecute (and prosecute) anyone- for being tired, angry, drunk, stoned, on pills, etc.
Why is there no "pharmaceutical swab" to test drivers for oxy, percocet, etc. That is much more a dangerous epidemic than our wacky tobacky...

Just tell them you don't understand when they ask you to sign the form and that you need a lawyer. When they tell you refusal is admitting you're drunk--just insist that you do not understand and that you need a lawyer to explain it to you.

Refuse to sign the form, refuse to blow and just stick to your guns that you don't get it and you refuse to do anything without a lawyer. Same for the roadside sobriety test.

When I did this, I was eventually allowed to go to a room and call my lawyer (a family friend). I spent about 3 hours on the phone with him and then told the cops I'd be willing to blow. They got uber pissed, held me for as long as they could, and cut me loose.

The only way something like Hitler or Stalin will repeat itself, especially here, is if people are stupid enough to believe that someone like Obama is comparable.

There's no comparison and it honestly sullies the memory of the people who had to suffer through those dictatorships to compare Obama to them.

For me this isn't about protecting Obama, it's about being sure to demean and shame Hitler and Stalin the way the deserve to be demeaned and shamed.

As far as shit not being ideal here, I'm on board--hell I'm even on board to some degree with the police state shit--but let's call a duck a duck. No one should be in the business of making Hitler seem better than he was.

Yep, and here is how the trap is "Set" You are not driving on A Federal Drivers License, it is A "Privilege" that is granted to you on A state by state basis. Most, if not all states have this little clause when you apply for your license... Read the fine print!

Just look at the state by state example of marijuana laws vs. federal marijuana law... Federal law is not always the law of the land and this is all the proof that you need of that...
