Im in Hydro and second week of flower, Been feeding ionic bloom and was thinking may be a P or K def. But not sure??

Thats what it looks like... what medium you using?? Looks like your over watering thats why you got the "claw"

I see a P-, and if the leaf curl is another issue you're experiencing, then I would say your vapor pressure deficit is out of range.
