Yes i run t5's all the way to the end. I like to experiment with different spectrum bulbs in them. I've tried really high kelvin reef bulbs. Like 15,000 kelvin. I've tried regular blue bulbs, and I'm currently trying out reptisun uv-b bulbs.
I have a separate veg room that I use to get a good root base in and maybe grow them to two to three feet tall, then transfer them to the flower rooms.

So I'm still not completely sold on the UVB bulbs, but after doing a few runs with them I can say they do something. It seems to bring out a little more color and gives the buds a different look. More of a golden amber cast to them. I've been using reptisun 54 watt ho t5 bulbs. I've got 16 of them between the 600's in one of my rooms. Anyone else mess around with something similar? I'm pretty curious about the gavitas that are becoming more popular. Let me know what you think if you've used them!

Well I was just curious. I've read some articles by ed rosenthal and dj short about playing around with light spectrums and uv, so I thought I'd give it a go. Not really looking for a yield increase, but maybe more thc, or colors, or just something to make the flowers stand out from everyone elses....
