Here's my male Fire Alien Kush (OGRaskal) stinks to high heaven of straight funk... Odor control probably won't help but I'm good on the process to proceed ;) he's 2 weeks into flower & it looks like he will be giving loads of pollen, lol!;)

That monster has pollen for the whole block

Is the feeding regiment the same as flowing a female? And also with a pollinated female? Does pollen or seeds require a different approach vs sensi?

I've always cut back slightly on the late flowering additives when letting the seeds ripen...and always fed males the same food levels as the females...jmo.

Still very new to me ....Ive grown very few males long enough to get a lil pollen then I drown them and destroy them but I treat them the same as I do my females just less light space, less lst basically less attention...great thread nice pics everyone...

Feeding regimen remains the same for the male IMO. I've done my research & this will be a learning hands-on experience. The reading part is over, now it's all application of the pollen onto chosen females, then test progeny to see traits from parents & write everything down with numerical filing. Hopefully I can bring out some gems;) I got a bit of seeds to go thru for females but as far as males, IMO I don't think I will find a stankier & more vigorous but the progeny will tell if he passes this on. It's gonna be a journey but I'd rather be doing this than watch tv.;)

I really wish I could have you guys smell him, he stinks without rubbing or disturbing... I can smell him from my living room.

Same smell on both but leaves are more sour while stem is stronger, if that makes sense. I've been trying to find a way to contact the original breeder to see if this is something he has dealt with from either parental stock. Doesn't seem to be on forums I'm on though.

He does have a sister, it's being used as a momma right now @ the primo's house. I didn't have the room for her but did post pics of her. She was very similar but not as loud. IIRC they should be almost 3 months veg, don't have my notes. I like them big bushy scrog when flipped. Only because I need as much as possible, yield-wise, for personal meds. Breeding came to mind soon after finding out this one was a male. I first thought female because of growth but got fooled. Then noticed the tiny balls under loupe so decided to research breeding (pollen-chucking) so now I feel he's special.;)

last week I dusted orange juice bud x sour dub to:

And I hit the FPOG and Nevilles haze x blockhead with some nevilles haze x blockhead pollen.
