22.50 for a jar that I imagine will last a month or more. Got it at the amish store

Check walmart or your local grocery store.. or even organic shops You can find it for 1/2 that price in most places... Even online is cheaper..

the most i ever spend on a bottle is like 10$

I used milkthistle to help support the liver health of a cockatiel who would only eat small seeds, nothing that was actually healthy for her.

If folks would like some good coconut recipes I've got a few. One of my favorite, and simplest, is called 'tembleque.' :)
I think milk thistle is one of the most under used and beneficial herbal substances known to man.I would encourage all to do some googling and then come to your own conclusion as to whether to use it or not. ;)

I like the big bottles/jars.54oz. + They go for $26 online, that's the good stuff.Costco has that size too but different brand at $16.Nutiva is my go to right now and it's the #1 seller on Amazon.Reviews are sky high.

Ahh right on i buy the small 14.5 oz jars since a single jar will last me like a year since i only use it for edibles :D

Damn thievin' Amish!! Always swindling me somehow...

Seriously tho, I love giving them money. Feels like we're donating to a church or something.

And wow....do they make the absolute finest donuts on the planet: raised yeast with a honey glaze, fried in coconut oil. Unbelievable good. I sneak out in the morning when we have guests and bring em home warm... have yet to make it back with the entire dozen. The coconut flavor is unmistakable, and when people realize that it's from the oil they always light up.

Coconut oil edibles are thee BEST! been eating chocolates i made recently, i eat at least one daily! It does what smoking herb doesn't do for me anymore after 22 years of medicating! my tolerance is way up there and i DONT dab:confused:!
this definantly the way to medicate!!!:)
Your Coconut oil chocolate edibles are the Best! I dont even need to smoke for several hours or more.
Im all fucked up...got laughers for no reason! :woot: several times this evening
Save that recipe! It's a good one.
\ Great work on those Ali Gee!!!

Almost done with my second 54 oz. jar of Nutiva organic. The results so far are,and this is kinda gross.More movements per day.More energy.Feel better. No signs of any rectal bleeding.Overall I believe in this therapy so far.I'll be adding Nutiva hemp seed oil into my regimen soon.I like it in my coffee with honey. :)

Ain't nothin' wrong with a healthy BM, brother! In fact, there's everything right. :D

I'll use coconut oil for a whole lot of things, but there's no way I can do that pulling thing, I'll puke.

correct you are,
from the amount of times we go over the course of the day to if our 'shit floats' to the 'transit time' from eating to...well the end result
All these reflect how healthy we may or may not be...

Started my new regimen this morning with Nutiva organic hemp seed oil. I love my Keurig btw. This is how I start my day. 2 tbsp. coconut oil,2 tsp. hemp oil,1 tbsp. honey in 1 large cup of coffee. Been doing this for awhile now with just the coconut oil and honey and wasn't sure I'd like the additional taste of the hemp seed oil but it's really not that bad at all.I'll be able to adjust to this no problem and I'm sure I'll get to like it quite well. It's kind of nutty.

Dismal, DUDE! You're not adding cinnamon to your coffee? You've gotta try it! It's harder with the Keurig, but after you learn about the Aeropress you'll like that better and it is so much easier to create your own custom concoction.

I just drizzle the good oils onto foods I'm eating, depending on what it is. Have you read the latest information about how the nutritional paradigm is shifting in favor of pastured animal products? Just the ratios of Omega acids alone, everything--meats, dairy, eggs, including the fats, como manteca!

I hadn't read anything until you brought it to my attention.Good stuff!Nice to read about something positive!

You got me rolling with this.LOL!
I always tell my buddy that there's a lot to be said about a good dump.Lol

I never fully appreciated my family's penchant for the poo until I had kids. Then, I'd get a phone call from my mother first thing Saturday or Sunday morning, describing in FULL detail each child's BMs. The thing was, I wanted to know!

After receiving our granddaughter in a chronically constipated state before the age of 2yo, I see it as a perfect barometer. In fact, we've always used the poo as a gauge for animal health, why not for humans? Of course for humans! So, you should be going every day, and... (this one's for you, @DismalDude ) use this chart. :D

Turdtest

That chart is made of win!I scored an 8 so something is right in my world. Thanks for sharing this Seamaiden! :)
