Problem-Solving First Time Growing

Hey THCFarmer,

Just yesterday I ran into a bit of a problem. My leaves have drooped down and look limp. The leaves look relatively swollen and the bottom leaves are a discoloured yellow.

Just wondering if anyone can identify this problem. Is it over-watering? What are the appropriate steps to recovery? How often should I be watering at this stage in vegetation? AT THE MOMENT, I'm 6 weeks in from seed.

Another thing is only water once in the morning or at lights on,not a good idea to put the ladies to bed with wet feet IMO.This gives them the water when they need it and gives the medium a chance to dry out a bit.Learn to lift up the pots and feel the weight when they are dry and also just watered,once you get a feel for it you can tell if you need to water or not just by the weight of the pot,if it feels light it needs water,if its still a little heavy skip the water that day, let the medium dry out a bit and the roots will be forced to grow and look for water and the bigger the root system the better,Good luck!

Lol,just an old stoner.I cant tell from your pic but one more thing i like to do is dump the runoff water out of the tray/saucer the pot is sitting in after it has drained through so your pots are not sitting in water.
