For how long will loose pollen remain viable in my flower room? I'm guessing after two weeks of the pollen release it would be OK to bring in some plants I don't want impregnated. There was a ton of pollen from a pair of Chimera HMxBB, though. The grow is LED so there is no UV to consider hitting the pollen.

Average temperature is 80F and humidity averages 51%

Yeah i agree with appollo.give it a good spray as moisture renders pollen unviable.but in good conditions(for the pollen)it can last months as far as i know.not 100% sure in a grow room situation.

Ozone kills all..goes in pipes, nooks and crannies. Cheap on ebay. No water hazards. It will eat some stuff though, I made a tote for hunting clothes, forgot to turn it off. Next day all the rubber elastic was dead in socks, pants, long underwear...was really bad. But I use to sterilize my rooms when I shutdown. Plus they work great for scent. Just water would works but bleach is insurance. Better hit it twice to be sure. Don't breathe the ozone..

I do have a CAP wall-mount ozone unit I've never used. Part of my problem is I have two plants left in the room producing seed, still with pollen dust on the leaves. I guess a good water wash would do it but this is week five of 12/12hr and I'm not inclined to spray buds.

Thanks for the replies.

I've had repeated hermi grows and was looking forward to a good seed run BUT I fried the main plants (Highland Mexican x Blueberry) when I tried using Zone to fight white mold in my Blumat reservoir. The two Shackzilla plants are doing well.

I have three of the HMbb clones in coco hempy buckets ready to be moved out of the veg room. I've been thinking that even if these got knocked up from the existing pollen in the room, that wouldn't be a bad thing. The seeds would have plenty of time to mature.

HMbb at six weeks 12/12hr, they revegged and then burnt. Nutes were held steady at four grams MaxiBloom per gallon. Dutch Masters Zone is copper sulfate and potassium nitrate. I've finally given up on Tropf Blumats, mold clogs my lines and is resistant to chlorine (and it loves oxygen).

I'm too tired of effing with the reservoirs to try bennies in them. Now that I'm not running chlorine (bleach/pool shock) through the root zone, intentional bennies will likely happen in the future. My first attempt at hempy buckets needs to be dialed in for drainage (will cut the Canna coco with perlite).
