What strain is it? 60 days is kind of slow to start flowering unless it's a 100+day plant.
So your saying you have a total of 175 was of CFL light. How big is your space/cabinet? You will need more light then that. What's the light schedule?Most Autos start to flower around the 3rd week above ground-21days or so and finish around 70-90 days give or take.
Your plants are looking pretty good though.

My space only holds 2 plants they are 2 white diesel haze autos will they produce much more bud than this a and if so how long till harvest on average

Being hazes it might take a while. What's the breeder say for flower time. Yes they will continue growing while budding. You can get a Y. For your lights.that way you have two bulbs where one used to be. You need more light to have a good finish..check your breeder times.. But yes you will get more then that.how much space you have in there on top above plants?

Definitely need more lights. No way will that finish out anywhere near decent without more lumens. Also, remember that under CFL's plants take a couple weeks longer than under other light sources to mature. They look very vappy though!

I can really see the Sativa influence on the elongated leafs' so your probably looking at a minimum of 90 to possibly 120 days and why I stay away from the Sativa Dominant Auto's.. I shoot for 70 to 80 days max on most strains with 75 being my goal.. Your plants do look healthy and have plenty of flowering sites, but with the limited lights your running I think after all the time and hard work your putting in you might be a wee bit disappointed in the end product being such a small harvest.. you can pick up a 400w setup very cheap, I got one for $90 and your power bill will not suffer much at all, maybe an extra $25 a month is all and the difference in your harvest will be 100x's better.. think seriously about this or at least go with some T5 HO Flouros, even that would make a huge difference.. best of luck
