Getting big cogrower8. Iv been lucky to see a few wild lady bugs chillin on my plants lol. Can't wait to see how big your lady's get. What measurements are you using for your ewc and mollasas? What all are you putting in your teas

VeryNice! But you will be out of room pretty soon...lol I guess thats a good thing. your one hell of a deck builder!

Lol I used two handfuls of EWC and some molasses not a ton just a bit to get a feel for it.....I put the EWC in some pantyhose but that thing started to slime up.....So im not to sure on how to proceed.....I took out the two "tea bags"
lol and just let it bubble for the last 18 hours.....it looks awesome and smells earthy so i think its looking good....I havent been able to do much research as were currently looking into setting up a 6k flower room in some space that we came across, so any help regarding teas would be really helpful....

:)

Hmm yea my tea bag didn't get slimy. I was told a cup of ewc per gallon but obviously if your making 30 gal batches you don't want to waste a bunch so I did 15-16 cups in one tea bag with some bat guano and then 2 cups of molasa or maybe it was one cup molasa. Are you putting a lid on the barrel your brewing in or leaving it open. I left my with the kid on so stuff wouldn't get in it. I sprayed my little plants with it as a foliar and they seemed to really like it and watered my big plants with at and they seemed to love it.

What did you use for a tea bag??? according to your numbers i went prolly a little over half strength which is cool lol.....how long did you leave your bags in there??? mine were in for like 30 hours or so and when i pulled em out they were starting to grow like a algae on em so i took em out......kinda bizarre i thought since ive really got the water churning in there lol...and yes i have a lid on to just shield it but by no means is it sealed on or anything close to that its just resting on the top of the drum

Yea I used just regular panty hose and I let my bag sit in there for around 42-46hrs and I didn't see any slime or algae on mine. Did you have your tea bag suspended about halfway in the water? Yea my lid wasn't sealed by any means either just laying on top loosely. Did you let your water sit and airrate for 24hrs? What ph is your water at befor putting the tea bag and molassa in?

ya thats what i used too.....water is at like 6.9 and ya i aerated it for 24 hours and im pretty sure they were sitting suspended....i think i need more aeration or movement in the drum next time im gonna hook up 6 air stones and get that shit churning

Right I only have 3 air stones and mine def seemed like it could have be alittle more airated alittle better but whatever. Everything's lookin good tho man

So we decided to take down the smaller greenhouse, we were planning on throwing a few more in there but unfortunately it just couldn't happen .....other plans are in the works.....Anyways we took down some fencing and closed up the area a little bit....The deezy's are killing it getting bigger and bigger, i have hit some 100 degree temps in the dome but ive been trying to spray them down to keep em cool during the hotter parts of the day and keep that air moving (the shop fan has been a life saver, straight pumping fresh air in it) :)

Looking good cogrower8. Good thinking of getting rid of the small green house. I knew they would outgrow it pretty quick haha

looking great man!

Are you still having issues with "slime?" I occasionally see it, usually when I haven't cleaned the air stones in a while. from what I understand when I researched it, its just biomass created by the bacteria and not a huge problem. Add more air, and clean parts with hydrogen peroxide and shouldbe golden,

Been busy but here's what's been going on....Jealousy is a pretty crazy emotion its sad that grown men can't enjoy in others success....Needless to say my partners room mate got himself in a tizzy over the monsters in the back yard:confused: which led to my buddy having to move out on August 1st.....theres always a silver lining though, we possibly lose flowering outdoors this year but we rented out a little spot that affords us a 15x15 flower room for the next year :D
We decided to pull the plants from the ground and put them in 65 gal pots just in case we have to attempt to move them....It went much better then expected....

We've got some fly paper hanging from the ceiling and we ended up buyin some NOLO bait and spread that all over the place cuz we were gettin some MONSTER grasshoppers around, eatin leaves and shit, apparently the NOLO turns em into zombies and fries em from the inside out crazy shit...100% organic though

We picked up a killer deal on some commercial shit....2 1000w DE dimmable Gavitas ($250 a pop) and my pride and joy 3 BRAND new HSD NEXII PL light systems 1000w DE dimmables (300 a pop)......I can't even explain how excited I am at flowering with these bad boys.....

Any suggestions id Love to hear em.....
