Ding ding ding!! @vonwolfen wins the prize! That is an advanced Ca-. And, I think P or K problems are goin' on, too. Those larger, amoebic looking necrotic areas on the leaf margins on some of the leaves are not Ca induced, but P or K I believe.

In my experience with pH issues, you're going to see other problems, a myriad, before you see *just* a Ca-. So, yes, but not without other strong signs.
