ok, well i got my hands on a nice peice of property, rented, but the owner and i worked out a deal where he wants a total of 44k a year to let me grow in it(2k a moth plus 5k every 3 months, including 5k upfront before i start...)....so im looking at this place and im thinking minimum 20 lights, but would like to go up to 30 lights because i have the space(10 foot ceilings also)..i guess there are 2 limiting factors, the powerbox(will be having my electrician wire everything proffessionally, and he will tell me whats up....the other limiting factor is cooling...i cant bring over my watercooled A/C, because the house is on well water and septic tanks, so i would flood the septic tanks and land within one day, lol....so my main issues are the cooling....i dont want to invest a ton of cash in cooling, but would like something able of cooling 20 light room(up to 30 light)...

any other options than a minisplit? i already have 2 12" vortex fans and one 10" max fan HO...just looking for some extra options for cooling, i dont want to modify the house too much

Haha, nice to see your "earnings" go to good use Joe.
I've seen videos from a grow here in the PNW that had 15' ceilings and 2 x 12" vortex without AC

ya my only issue is that the wood stove chimney is only an 8 or 10 inch, so if i hook up both 12" vortex i will still only have an 8 or 10" exhaust.....here is a fast sketch of the garage in question

Grow room plans

as you can see, the garage is located in the basement of the house, and uses the first garage door at the front of the house, then that 20x22 foot section is on an incline to the next garage door and then that one opens up to the 20x40 garage in the basement....cement floor, cement walls...total of 4 windows with bars poured wight into the foundation...

Couldnt you just recycle your water , like in a loop so it runs the same water through the cooler into a resivor then back through . Or a reverse cycle witch is what i run . not much condensation run.off . like if u go the resivor way you need to bubble keep water fresh but from your description there would be ample places to fit a reveres . i imagine you could have 2 20000 btu at each end on recyle mode witch would keep things in tact . maybe and those you can buy for 500 each .

I should explain Most free standing reverse run a 6 inch hot air outlet run insulated ducting from hot air to your fan then up and out the chimney . You may need to use a couple of boosters depending where u place the units and obviously need some oscelating fans . Bonus is you can use the dehuey function as I r ember from earlier post it high around your neck of the woods . The units may need to be bigger forgot the calc for btu to floor space . Run the drain hoses in some tubs to suit . I've used it on plants and they seem ok . Just vaporated water . But your call .
