I would pull the two bulbs out of the dome reflectors and put just one bulb in reflector it will reflect more of the light in a spot like direction. Get a couple more reflectors and your light coverage will be better.

Will it hurt if i put my plants outside during the day and bring them in at night

You will probably pickup bugs by moving in and out. But yes you can as long as you do not have any indoor plants..
I just finished 3 plants this away but I was moving in/ out of my shed,stay vigilant for any bug damage.

it was Hot till I put in a cool air fan I was in the high 90s but I'm down yo the high 80s now

Heat is an issue for me as well. In my cabinet there are less watt than u have there but it's still hot I have 2 fans working and still don't understand how you guys deal with heat :cry:
What is your room temp?

How many hours these bottles run approx. ?
nice set up :D i live in a cold climate thx god that it is autumn now and temperature is dropping down each day. room temp is around 19-20 now and box temp. is around 27-28 C.
previously i couldn't seal the door, i was leaving half open but now can close gradually.
i've ordered a chinese led still on way. if you are interested i can share my led experience with you later on when i start using.

I get about 4 to 5 hrs out of them. Im live in a hot ass climate but my plants sleep from 12pm to 6pm so my lights are not on during the hot part of the day and my room still hits 90 sometimes when i forget to change the bottles up. And then one day i came home and my lights fell on my plants and broke them in half so it was like my plants got topped by the lights
