Hello everyone, this is my first time using a blog of any sort. Of all places, I'm excited to be here and hear some opinions on what I can do to fix my deficiency and maybe even increase my yeild. So here's the specs..I have 2 Bruce banner #1's in 3 gallon pots of happy frog soil. Vegged them a bit over a month with a few 5000k cfls. They are currently 2 weeks into flower and under an unventilated 1000k hps. Flora duo part A and B for nutes, feeding once a week. Lights are about 23 inches from tops at most points. I'll get a pic up now so you can see where the obvious deficiencys are in the bigger fan leaves.

OK so here's one of the fan leaves affected by the unknown deficiency. Cal/mag?

Okay so here's the first Bruce banner "1.0". Leaves are a good shade of green, hps is a bit too bright to see most of it. Bud sites are stronger on her Than the other larger b.b for some reason. Though I didnt prune and lst her as much.

Try taking a photo with the HPS turnt off, you may need to use flash on your phone/camera, very hard to see anything with it all yellow like those pics etc

Or just pull it out away from the light, like Saerimmner said, you can't tell what's going on with those lights on them.

This should be better

The larger of the two, topped at 3 weeks veg. I've only ever used a 150w hps in previous grows, so I'm excited to see what 1 k has in store for me!

That almost has the look of insect damage of some sort to me, hopefully someone else will chime in. That's a pretty healthy looking plant if you ask me.

Wow, never had insect issues with any grow so it'd be a first for me if that is the case.

I could be wrong but, it just doesn't have the look of any deficiency or excess to me.

Could it be spider mites? I had to battle a few and it looks like the same damage. Neem is what I used.

Thank you oldhippy1955! I feel im settling in quickly! Got nothing to lose so i might as well give neem a shot. Will update soon..day 16 of flower and things are starting to explode! Thanks for the advice everyone! Happy toking!:smoking:

Hello all! Finally had a chance to get a few semi decent pics of the girls! Lookin pretty good, Haven't had a chance to grab neem yet. There are some yellow spots on a few leaves still but I'm not super concerned.

They are looking great. I have similar marks on some of my lower leaves from fan damage. They got a bit too cold on the leaves nearest it. I'm not saying that's your issues just noting the similarity.
