it has some spots at the bottom and feels a littlr dry

Could be she's she's slow vegger,depending on what gsc it is,if she's dry give her a drink!76

i put her in some fox farn dirt and water it with regular water

Flush it a couple times with 6.0 pH water make sure your humidity is 50% or more and your temps are not above 82. Then start feeding with a and b fertilizer 300 ish ppm
Hb

Is it in a different size pot than the others? It looks overwatered.

She looks very unhappy. If u have ogkb cut of gsc she is super slow veg but should be bigger than that after 3 months. It's not over water your plant would turn yellow and droop. It looks like it is needing some feeding not heavy though do light feeding gsc is a light eater.

Ya, that's not pretty at all… The over-fertilization and water issues are obvious, but i'm betting they are only symptoms of the real problem - cold roots. GSC is not a fan of the cold, and you've got plastic pots sitting directly on a basement floor.
I would suggest placing a section of styrofoam under your pot to provide a thermal break between your roots and that cold stone.

i had it in my veg i just put it in my flowering room it was in this before i took the pic
