S1 and S2 designations imply that clone was sexually reversed to make seeds, and in that instance, yes, I would expect to see many phenotypes show up in the progeny. The entire genetic pool? I'm not so sure about that.If a clone produce's S-1 and S-2 generations, can previously unseen pheno's show up in the third grow? Or Can the entire genetic pool open up and produce phenotype's from a clone?
