No need for a "flush" mate just give same litres of straight water as you would for a few waterings :)

I don't know what medium you're using but I have never had to run the recommended rates from nutrient manufacturers. My Blue Dreams max out at 800 ppm but are happy with 600-700 ppm.

I used canna lightmix medium... My ppm are at about 800 at the min do you think i should take them down a touch?

Not familiar with bio-biz nutrients. But it wouldn't hurt to lower your feed.
