Heat stress for me begins with leaf edges curling up and inwards.....I'm leaning towards overfeeding and or pH issues.
But I'm only guessing. Theres not much info to go on.

Best of luck.
Peace

I agree, heat stress from the lights being too close tends to curl the leaves upwards.

also i have only been giving them each bout a hald gallon of water every three days idk if thats enough
Try this let them dry out reasonable well before the next water/feed cycle. Then before watering lift each pot and get a sense of the weight of each pot n plant. Then when you do feed or water next, allow 20-30% run off of the volume you give each gurl. Then you can lift each unit and get a sense of the overall weight to have a better idea of when its truly time to water again. Keep in mind this will change over time as they bulk up and set bud sites.
......... Hope this helps :D

So i have 5 plants been havin some problems with nute burn on one but i got a new light this week a 1000w hps and it seems one plant has badly burned top leaves. im not thinking it is not the nute burn problem because i have two plants in the container and the other one looks great but its aldo about 8 inches shorter. you can see the severely twisting leaves near the top of thus pic its hard.to see the yellow with hps on. any ideas? what am i doing wrong ive been waitung til soil is bone dry to water is that too long?
Something I forgot to add as I'm not sure but if you foliar feed be sure to never do it during lights on especially with HID lights. Not sure but that could be a cause of your symptoms as well. Thought I would check to see if you foliar and when you do.

Looks really nice!
I think that Jump is more problem solving then suggesting, as far as foliar feeding is concerned.
Problems will more then likely always occur, after all, you're mimicking Mother Nature. Its learning how to deal with and overcoming the problems which is the fun part!
