Looks like you could use some sort of drain tray. Run off is very important in soil.

Why not let them veg for a few weeks? Then top and super crop top again then flower. You will be rewarded at the end

They where topped when they where small that's why they have 2 main colas I don't think I have enuogh light to let them get to much bigger before flowering
