I have this girl who was veged inside under cfls. The daylight bulbs i had were fine but warm white at same wattage with more lights was still not enough to bring out buds only pistols.
I've now put her outside and she is under a bit of stress i think.
A few weeks before i put here outside the middle section fan leaves were beginning to yellow but in a particular way. Tips and burning on the side of the leaves have been happening for a while ive tried to drop nutes back and done a few flushes so im starting to think a deficiencies of something.
After putting here outside the yellowish leaves are starting to curl in and die. Its really not in a good way but there must be a way to bring here back.
Today all my lower fan leaves and alot of the leaves at the bottom are drooping right down and dying.
I just dont know what to do anymore she still hasn't started to head up yet.
After i put her outside the steams at the tops are browning. I'll provide pics so you can see what I'm talking about.
I didn't want to take all the bottom tops off but its looking like I might have to.

No, she's scorched. You can't take a plant that's been living under weeny CFLs and just stick it out into the sun, you've gotta acclimate her. Those leaves are lost, the new ones will adapt to her new lighting just fine. Next time put her under a shade tree and increase direct sunlight exposure over a few days, or use shade clothe and do the same.

It started doing it inside though and are now just dying outside.
Do you have any suggestions on how much to take off the bottom so i still have a good amount at the end?

Then your ph is off
Its very possible i do need to get a ph reader as I'm just giving them tap water but most of my plants have had same soil and same water from this house and this is the first time I've seen it.

Ok I'll have to get some and test it but if one is effected by it being off wouldn't they all? I have three others that are very green and healthy.
And how do you fix phosphorus lock?

No, some elements are mobile in the plant. Some are stationary. Since your plant is showing these signs in the middle of your plant, I am guessing an iron, sulfer, or magnesium deficiency. I suggest a good folair spray with Sea90 if you have it? Or something that will supply macro nutrients to your plant. Good luck.

Not sure how hot it gets where you grow, but a plant that size in a small plastic pot can cause problems also.

You may need to add p to boost or swing the ph to hit the p already there

The nutes i give her have all of that in it i uped the dose slightly and today have noticed all the new leaves have burnt tips so it can't be a the lack of a main element because most of them are in my nutes and if the top leaves have burnt then there can't be a block can there?
It is still quite hot here atm but today was the last day of summer days sitting at about 27 to 30 digress celsius.
It probably could do with being transplanting i was really hoping i didnt have to.
Its been outside for a couple of weeks and in flower with pistols for 8 weeks now and still not heading up

I have tested the ph and its sitting at 7.0 which is perfect for outdoor isnt?
Ive transplanted her into a 10cm bigger pot giving her more room. She wasnt root bound as such put the soil was full healthy roots.
Shes very slowly starting to fill up at the top.

Not for cannabis, she's an acid-loving plant, more like rhododendron and Camellia. But right now, if she's growing well, I wouldn't futz with it.

Would the soil have the same reading as the water or could it be different?
I really dont think its the ph thats effecting it though i have two other small ones that are very healthy

Soil and water may indeed have differing readings, but here's the thing--if your water is very alkaline and/or is high in carbonates, it's going to push soil pH up.

That plant is looking pretty good, not like anything's locked out right now. She looks like she's going to be a very strong-leaning Sativa, so she'll probably be sensitive to overfeeding. Right now I wouldn't change anything, just keep watching closely. I wonder what caused that one weird long internodal space at the top there.
