Hey there fellow farmers!
When i turned on the lights today, the leaves looked like droopy and they showed symptoms of nutrient deficiency, they're in their 4th week, i though the containers were small so i transplanted my daughters ;-), while transplanting i noticed the roots had reached the base of the container, and they tended to circle a bit at the bottom, i didnt do anything with the roots cuz i thought trimmig could stunt the plant, before transplatation I noticed strange coloring on one the plants and only on a set of leaves(in the pics) could u tell what r these Should i be worried?
One more thing , when i was checking my plants with a microscope i saw a hole in one leaf, i though i was caterpillar but i didnt see any worms or the hole didnt showed any sign of proggression in two days , and no more holes showed up, I worried plz review and comment, thanx

looks healthy to me just a little small for 4 weeks post under side of leaf but if it didn't worsen over 2 days you should be okay. what nutes are you using. i see a bit of purple on stems could be genetic could also be nute over or under load. plants can look a little bit more droopy with in the first 45mins of turning lights on as long as they perk right back up everything is fine DONT EVER CUT ROOTS

The tips of bottom leaves turning yellow.
Ah! I don't see it in the pix you provided, but if that's the case then that's actually your first sign of nitrogen toxicity (aka N+). You can keep the fertilizing schedule as it is, but now you're on notice that you're beginning to burn them. I recommend backing off a bit since they're still just wee babes.

The tips of bottom leaves turning yellow.
bottom leaves? Lower on the plant you mean? And just the tips or more overall? OK so you looking at the plant,( i havent seen it) is the top of the plant green?
And the new leaves, they are green and dont have yellow or brown tips?
Is this just yellowing on older fan leaves?

Depending on the answers...
This might be N, too much or not enough, or wrong conditions for its uptake, but equally it could be Mg being ported to the upper canopy from areas of lower light, indicating Mg is out. Overall yellowing may also indicate a loss of Sulfur which would be more easily rectified by warming the media up, not adding anything else. Phosphorous can casue a yellowing right before it causes a brown necrosis.
Most of these things happen as a consequence of environmental change. It is best to determine this first before making any nutrient adjustments. Simple changes between cold and warm, dry and moist are often enough to set off what looks to all the world like we need to turn to a bottle. Fixing the variables in the environment might do the trick, only if we know we havent got enough xyz in the media should we adjust xyz in the media.
If we have too much XYZ in the media, adding more will not help will it? If we have tipped the balance we need to try to swing it back, sometimes humic drench, or applications of silicon can help, it may be you are losing Iron to P for example.
Environment, then nutrients :) good luck

I doubt it, cuz the first two leaves at the bottom are turning pale , but the spot feel like spreading in mid section of the plant (not at the bottom or top)
