Flushing with soap?
Ive only used Azamax and soap only as a foliar spray and not together.
I dont see any signs of pests in your pics...why are you using Neem?

not looking good man i don't even see just one problem. if this is the second time this happened and you loose your grow id look at sterilizing your box for maybe broad mites. whats your environment like?

Nick, what do you see that makes you think broads are at work here?

What's the progression? She's either an OG or revegging, yes? We need to know how you're growing her, environmental parameters, etc. Did you treat with the soap/Azamax before she looked like this, or after?
EDIT: I see you flushed first, Tx'd after. Was it her appearance that made you wanna flush?

It doesn't really look like a deficiency to me, which also makes me wonder what's going on in the root zone. How do her roots look? Process of elimination and all of that.

Neem oil in your soil your not supposed to get it in the soil. and always administer in the dark. I have seen this when I got the neem in the dirt also neem has a shelf life. It will go rancid. It gets the droops for days and if is an auto flower is already over. Flushing didn't save me however repot did the second time.

Ok well environmentally im outdoors in soflo. Weather has been great n only getting better. As this was my first girl ever i did way to much topping. Lst. Defoliate. Compost tea. Nutes.. (Damn youtube) lol any way i think she had way to much nitrogen. Before she got sick the leaves were very very dark green. So i put the neem on her (seen bugs). some neem may have gotten into the soil but she didnt look bad until after the neem mind you she's in flower.(already). So fast forward to now I was going to cut it down. Then i had a idea i took of every bad looking leaf and gave her a hair cut almost like im going to harvest. And OMG the bud growth and flowering has done a full 180. Looks really good started to see alot more trichomes and she smells very good she never really had a smell before... But now she does..

Pics will come later on that but for now my other girls are doing marvelous.

Someone asked how the roots look?? How do I check them? I would assume how, but is it wise??

You would tip them out of the pot. It's better than not knowing, if you have a problem. Process of elimination.
