A picture is worth a 100o words..
2 pics is even better..

Please let me know what you guys think....

pH is about 5.8
Insects are ruled out... (just have leaf miners and grasshoppers)
Regular dose of CalMag in weekly feedings...

If you have experienced this... what did you do?

if your cal-mag is right then it looks like a phosphorous deficiency to me but lets hear what some others have to say.

do you have red stems? IMO it looks like a phosphorous deficiency.

thanks for your responses..
The leaf petiole is green...
even the veins on the leaf are green..

I am growing several varieties but I have seen this occur with the Deep Purple in the pic and blue cheese from Barneys..

I am using a soil mixture of 1/4 coco coir, 1/4 perlite. 1/2 Fox Farms ocean forest..

Thanks Farmers..

How much of the plant is affected? Where on the plant are the affected leaves?
Show more of the plant in the pics.

I've been overfeeding for about a week or two now and am getting the same rust on a few leaves of one plant so my vote goes to too much feed- my tell tale signs: one plant leaves clawing, and few burnt tips, first leaves burnt, and one plant with these spots....dialing back my feed this week, as I did step it up a little in plans of starting training this week (which I did not and the plants are showing it.)
