Guys ever seen red pistols like this? Possible Hermie or from neem?

Can't tell you about Neem, used it once, long ago, do not like the smell!
I hace a GG pheno that makes lovely pink pistils.

looking nice! I've got 2 blue cheese outdoor sativa strain,only ol1 has the pinkish red preflowers. Must just be genetics! came from a guy that supplies lots of Maine's dispensaries.
 
Any idea what this is?

@Seamaiden usually has the best remedies fornthese situations. She just needs her cape and to fly on over here to this convo.
 
That is a mosquito hawk or commonly called Crane Fly. They eat mosquitos. Harmless to your plant regardless of what people say on the google machine.
