Indirect airflow. Keep the RH right there and keep the temp under 70 if possible. The thing with mold is, spores have to be there for it to form. One of the best tips I can offer is to at HEPA or even MERV level filtration to your flower room AND your drying area. We dry/cure aat 65-70% RH and 58f to keep the most volatile aeromatics.

how i use to do it is would cut the plant down clean the nugs then hang them then in about 4 to 5 days in to jars

It should take around 7-10 days with the new RH and temps, the slower the better though. Sometimes we use large totes around day 8 to cure and burp for a few days before trimming and jarring. Temp is your biggest enemy for smell/flavor loss.

so here are updated pics its about now 4 days hanging the way I did it before I would b taking them down for jars right now

They should still feel pretty damp. In 3-4 more days they will either start to have snapping stems and be reaady to trim and jar OR they will be crispy on the outside and still wet in the middle/bendy stems. That is when you can either trim and jar, but be VERY careful bout keeping the jars too sealed till the stems start to snap. We like to get big totes(25-35 liter or bigger) and put the braanches in there for a few days to let the moisture even out throughout them.

sorry what bout keeping the jars too sealed till the stems start to snap u saying don't open the lids for days???

Instead of burping them for a few minutes everyday, you may need to leave them open for several hours the first few days, even all day and seal back up at night. AVOID SEALING WITH TOO MUCH MOISTURE AT ALL COSTS! hah.

o lol yah learned that the hard way if the buds clump up in a jar I leave the lids off for hours or if to wet on a baking sheet for about a day and the bud hanging do still fell wet some a lil bit more then others but I thinks its bc them nugs had more lil leafs and that is what im feeling is them lil leafs drying out

Wait until the smaller stems snap and break when bent to chop it off of the larger stem and put into jars. If the buds feel wet again the next day after putting into jars I remove from the jars and place on a paper plate until it feels dry again and put it back in the jar to continue curing.

What location should I try to snap the stem? Right before one of the big buds on the end or a thicker stem or branch?
