The new product, Shrimp and Crab Meal, AKA Kraken(SP) is bout my favorite stuff ever in a bottle. Not sure if it is out of testing and into the wild yet, it is HARD to get if it isn't for sale yet.

Looks like it is still in testing, but some times your grow shop that carries NFTG will have some samples, ask them.

I also do not now nor ever have worked for them or anyone affiliated with them. I would even go so far as to encourage everyone to make all their own ferments, but if you want a great way to transitiopn from bottles to pure KNF, Nectar is a spectacular stepping stone and superb safety net for dealing with the KNF leaarning curve.

@Funkadelic is totally right, Prehistoric is the only way to describe the results when you are dialed, the biggest, stickest, most aeromatic flowers I have ever seen or personally grown had nectar in them.

While I don't know I have a set recipe to share we try to cater to each strains individual needs, we use Aphrodites, Herc, Tritons, Demeters, and feel olympus up is by far the best organic pH up product available. Sorry for the rant, cheers!

No apologies necessary therefore none accepted. :D

I know I see more variety than most and there's no comparison. I don't work for them either, and trying to replicate their line has been folly for me. They're worth every penny.

I used their full line, all 15. That was before it was called Nectar even. I haven't used feather tea nor kraken yet.

I believe their whole line is pre chelated, which is why its so rich but doesn't run hot. Its not the most convenient; its just the best results.

Bio-digested is the term I think I remember being used at the factory. After years of trying we are starting to see some comparable results with our own ferments, but use some of those products to ensure over the top yields...

So being that oRyans only doesn't cuter their own microbes they don't offer any. So what are you guys using as microbes and as a food source for microbes if any? Neater actually has enough food for the microbes and fun-guy but I love and add Humboldt honey es, sea green and recharge for my microbe pack...

We make IMO 1-5 (Indigenous Micro Organisms) as well Bokashi and our own compost. We absolutely use Terraganix EM1 in our Bokashi and make home made LABs. Every once in a while we will bring in some Modern Microbes. OG Biowar products have been seen out here, though only a few times. Recently we have been digging very deep into Korean Natural farming, the teachings of Elaine Ingham and the writings of Jeff Lowenfells(may have spelled those all wrong) in an attempt to have no need to purchase microbes. KNF is the nutrient stuff, though it will all also be rich in beneficial microbes, Elaine and Jeff have a lot of overlapping and corresponding knowledge. The team from Dragon Fly Earth Medicine is also a fantastic resource we rely on. Recently we have been going away from oils(Neem, Rosemary, Cinamon etc.) and more to herbal washes. This way we can grow EVERYTHING the garden needs ourselves and have 100% control of every aspect of our inputs. We just got our comfrey to sprout. Using cover crops in your containers helps tons with keeping your microherds thriving and hungry for more as well as retain more moisture. We have only recently stopped using simple carbohydrates in our teas and feeding and seek out soley complex sources now to keep the most diverse microbes possibly in our soil. So instead of molasses, humboldt honey etc. we use alfalfa, ground outmeal, barley (malted barley slurry/topdress), sweet potatoes, millit, brown rice and lots more.

Nice write up! I saw/heard dragon fly on the Adam dunn show podcast. I barley got away from high salts so I'm taking baby steps in the right direction. As prohibition falls I do beleve more and more people with learn to grow with cover crops and drop bottles altogether. I'm headed in that direction. I'm hoping this build a soil water only gives me what I'm looking for

Update - last 2 weeks, 1x per week, full Advanced Schedule Nectar in small pot (1-3g) coco (Nectar brand too), with supplemental low ppm/EC (500ppm) veg and bloom fed 8x/day for 4 seconds.

Last 10 days plants doubled size, massive side branches now bending and breaking due to weight, still in veg.

Nectar chart says specifically that calcium based line of theirs controls salt issues, locks in right pH, calcium, magnesium.

The combo is fantastic, low maintenance, inexpensive, and very successful so far.
