Hi, so I was considering LST and Supercropping for my second grow because they sound quite straightforward, with a good yield. However, I talked to a friend recently who has done 4 grows so far. He said that he yielded 2-3 oz per plant on 3 grows, but when he did SCroG, he yielded 11oz from 2 plants. I couldn't tell if he was exaggerating, but this sounds like the obvious option for me. What is your history with SCRog and do you think I could have a significantly higher yield compared to supercropping?
