Opinions On Scrog?

Hi, so I was considering LST and Supercropping for my second grow because they sound quite straightforward, with a good yield. However, I talked to a friend recently who has done 4 grows so far. He said that he yielded 2-3 oz per plant on 3 grows, but when he did SCroG, he yielded 11oz from 2 plants. I couldn't tell if he was exaggerating, but this sounds like the obvious option for me. What is your history with SCRog and do you think I could have a significantly higher yield compared to supercropping?

Interested in some of the replys I'm having another go at super cropping on 2 of my plants this run , I can see how scrog would give you more canopy area and bud sites I just worry about having the frame set up and you have to get to your plants if something goes wrong with one . I'll keep a eye on this thread .

Movable tables these tables will go in bloom room to with sockets welded on to hold 1/2 inch conduct frames for my screen whole thing will move so I can work on plants still only uses four feet off the wall the benches were from hydrofarm 319$ ea
