Transitioning Nutes When Switching To Flower! Advice?

howdy farmers. Anyway I'm coming up on 2 weeks or so until I plan on switching to flower. I would love some advice on my nute transition, as well as when to change my bulb to the hps. Any and all advice helps. Here is my current feed and info:
-4 Girl Scout cookies in Coco/perlite mix in 3 GAL pots
1000w mh with wing reflector (hps ready for flower)
-AN Ph Perfect Sensi Coco Grow A+B (7ml ea)
-AN Rhino Skin (6ml every other feed)
-AN Sensi Cal Mag Xtra (7ml)
Distilled water
-Total PPM about 685
-Ph not adjust per manufacturer strict advice. Ph of run off is always around 5.9

There's no big deal mate just change over but always use lower rates than the directions you will have no worries .

Appreciate it! I didn't think it was super crucial I just know I've heard about people giving a little N in the beginning of flower still and what not. I like to see what lost others do and make my own twist onnifnif I fell the need lol

I watered once with nutes that had nitro maybe 2-3 days after flipping and it stopped her growth for almost 2 weeks, might be obvious to some but not all so steer clear

The instructions tell you weak one and two but I've learned it's better to use it the week prior befor flipping also

If you're talking about bud igniter that's not what caused your plants to do anything besides activate the budding hormone

Yeah was talking nitrogen in nutes, I picked the wrong bottle when watering. It's set me back at leeeast by 2 weeks, had to Defol a large area half way up The plant where leaves weren't recovering so I've lost yield & time :( pics with led light show when I defoled, just after flipping 6 weeks ago and led off shows currently when my due date was expected 17th-24th ish
