It looks green and healthy only 2 leaves are dropping down. But I was reading under watering and over watering look the same. Thanks

Ok so I think this is a better picture. Thanks Mcskunkins the soil on top is dry but I water it till I see some run off that was a day ago.

If I burst this bubble don't be upset. That is a plant that shouldn't be kept. Some plants can recooperate in 15 minutes, if that little plant doesn't it will give you hell. Why try and fix a baby, just go for another. Keep growing though, don't let one plant bring you down.
 
Thanks Smerp I did give it water and it is doing great now. It not so much that I would have to start with a new plant. I just want to know what I was doing wrong So it don't happen again.

I'm now smerp. Alrighty. Here's some dryed out non watered plant that was watered and about 17-20 minutes later she was fine. I'm here to help you fix that problem, let them dry.
