So the pics are from today July 5. Clones were taken May 23rd. I took the first four nodes that came out from my first ever plants. What you see here are the only two that made it, there in small little plastic cups seem to be doing well. I'm just curious what would you all do with them? It was just out of curiosity I tried to get these little girls to grow and sure enough they look pretty cool at least in my opinion. Please let me know what you think and have a great day!

Thanks!

I know nothing about clones honestly but if they've been over a month and gotten no bigger something ain't right. Notice yellowing leaves just slight mostly at tips. May be sign of an issue stunting them. People here are knowledgeable and will chime in to help. I'm not experienced to really offer much help. I know they might want something bigger than those cups already. It depends on what you expect out of them. I really don't believe in throwing away plants. Some will say to do that. You could probably flower but I'd expect lollipop bud. Might be good though. Be patient someone experienced will reply here just keep your eyes out. Might just need bigger pot and food or not taking the food it has from some deficiency. Like I said wait and people will help but don't give up on em.

They have gone way too long sitting there. Plants can grow 4 inches in 24 hours more or less.

Ok so this is more for the fun of it. Not worried about bud size or anything.....

I mean am I the only one who thinks that they are pretty cool?

So.. I was thinking I'll just see if they can be like bonsi weed or something....

Yea, I've over watered a few times but the light now for both is a 23 watt 65k cfl 18/6.

So if you got some cool idea for one let us know!

They will start growing up and out after the roots start running around the cup, then you know it's time for a transplant.

That shall be what I look for..... I think I'll then transplant 1 and on the other try bonsi technique,. Should be interesting!

They probably are root bound now, that's why the stunted growth. plus lack of enough light.
put them in bigger pots, say 2 gallon. and more light.
And they will take off.

I agree with this being a good possibility but being in semi new to all this I wasn't going to garuntee it.

Thing is, doing the transplant and a more powerful light will only benefit the plant. Can't go wrong...
Unless...You put in a 1,000 watter with no upgrade to fans and what not...lol and the 2 gallon pot is full of cement.
Always let your soil dry out before next watering. do the lift test. with just soil and plant (dry) then after watering.
You will get a feel for it after you have had some grow experience under your belt. even on bigger pots.

Exactly! I can't find my first pic but these girls were so small, I mean like no taller than a quarter. They were little the first node from my first ever plants and I just had to see if they would grow. All the tips on clones would have labeled me as crazy.

So I just put then into solo cup and need to get more light soon as I can..... I hope to be able to keep them small and bushy for a while because I think they look so cool. You can see their moms in my harvest post.

Also you would not believe how bad they looked a few times but I just stuck will em!

Thanks for the lift test, that makes so much sense as I've experienced that with my other clones bit never put 2 an 2 together. Yea it's hard to beat experience, and I'm still getting mine!

In 30 days my clones were bigger than the mom. Clones are easy with the right tools.
