Recently my plants has had and infestation of spider mites, so I've sprayed with been oil +cinnamon and it seems to be pretty effective, but I looked up and still beeing mites in the plants, so I bought diatomaceous earth to dust the plants.

Check out the IPM thread. A few of us posted up our home recipes.

Wuoe out
Safer soap
Foliar sprayed 3 days apart. Rotate products for 3 weeks. No more mites.

You spread De at the base, mites hang out in the leaves

I have heard that sulfur is better for that. Wouldn't know first hand though never had to go that far. I had a spider mite infestation one time and knocked them right out. As I understand it really depends on what kind. Do you know what kind of spider mites you have?? You can use a microscope to find out.

I´m not certain for sure but i thinfk that is Tetranychus Urticae that looks this way:
010 05 03mikan hadani

Yeah, principally in the stems of the leaves.
As I understand it that is probably a good thing. That should mean you don't have russet mites. Those should be pretty easy to knock out. I used 100% cold pressed with a high concentration of azairachtin. It stinks to high hell but it knocked them out in the first treatment although I followed up once a week two more times just to be sure. You're not in the flower stage are you?www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00AWQWWS0/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

You wouldn't want to put it on flower in the description they're really just talking about fruits and vegetables.
do you recomend to mix this with soap and wash the plants? and i´m close to harvest a few plants, but i have many on veg stage.

Thanks for the advice!

I mix 2 tablespoons neem oil one tablespoon dish soap with 32 oz Warm water in a spray bottle. The water needs to be warm but not scorching-hot so that they neem oil will mix with the soap and you have to shake it up during use so it gets evenly dispersed. Like I say it stinks to high hell and you only want to use it at veg. I don't know if it will affect your flowering plants just being in the same room with the smell but it stinks

They run from that shit bro if it don't kill them first. Plus it fucks up their eggs and gets all in their guts, get those little bastards good LOL.

Mighty wash is a total joke.
Start with Safer Soap 3 days later hit with Green Cleaner then scope and see what's going on. As demon mentioned there's a great IPM that we've been dropping info on.

Forbid? Bro that's nuclear shit and obviously you need to read a label before you give out horrible advise. Forbid has a 45 day residual you never spray twice in 2 weeks with that. Yes forbid does work but this is why I only smoke the herb I grow, because below par growers can't stop simple issues without going nuclear. Only time I'd ever use Forbid if I had Russtes and they were killing my entire grow and I probably still wouldn't! Happy Growing!

Coming from a tent grower? That's what's wrong with this site people like you who give horrible advise. I work at a hydro store and laugh at people like you when you come in an buy a jug of water aka mighty wash! I've posted many pics of my "small" grow lol. Let's see your BIG grow then!

As part of a pest strategy using DE is helpful and putting DE on the first inch or so of the stem seems very helpful. Consistent use of Neem family will be effective over time but don't wait until you see a problem. I like that DE is a mechanical killer with no resistance possible.

What's wrong with this site is idiots like you saying you can spray something like green cure on a perpetual growand they end up with mites for 2 years following your "expert" grow store $10 employee advice.

There is a reason you are making $10 at hour, it's about what your advice is worth ho ho homeboy...

Ah smoke doesn't know how to rid himself of bugs without going nuclear, all that tells me is your a wack a$$ grower.
