Several plants are showing signs of flowering, but the leaves have a weird spotting on them. Just curious if anyone could tell me if this is normal?

The spotting looks sparkly in direct sunlight.

thrips if shiny if dole then mites look under the leafs with a loop

Definitely shiny when sunlight hits, looks like someone dusted with glitter

thrips it is good thing to lot ezer to get ride of this is what I used worked great
