After multiple steps to obtain high purity THC the product is stirred completely. It is very thick but liquid. When a vacuum is pulled it gives a chance then to purge trace gases/volitiles as the entrapped air expands and increases the surface area exponentially. The oil swells to many times its original size and turns into a liquid THC biscuit lolz.

Inflating the concentrate into a foam, produces the thinnest possible film from which to purge out undesirables under vacuum. That is exactly the same principle used when making Cotton Candy in a Terpenator.

Your cotton candy always looks beautiful.. without a sight glass and recovering passively while using a vac pump I’ve only been able to pull off the cotton candy once I still haven’t purged it either..
