Hello everyone,

I wanted to know what week in flower should I lower my temps to get my buds to purple up? Also, whats a good temp at night to get them to do it?

If the strain doesn't carry any purple traits, only leaves might purple up but not buds. What are you growing?

Honestly I am not sure about the strain I got it from a friend of mine but when he crops his buds are purple he said he induces it by lowering to colder temps before harvest I just am not sure when to lower temps and how low?

This happens to me!
at low temperatures some are purple, but they're not all ... I think that change color with low temperatures should bring this genetics.

Why don't you ask your friend you got it from? he should know, usually the last 2 weeks of flower.

Oh I am sorry for your lost G, hope your plants do him honor. yeah about two weeks at end of harvest, 10-15 degrees, I've also put ice cubes in my soil too or run cold water as flush, try to get it fall temps.

Here is a pic of the Triangle kush that was grown at 58-62F nigh and 70-75F day under V29's, the rest of the plants was getting 65-70 nights and 70-75 day and not even close to have any purple at all. I assume sub 60's is what it is...
