I think most of us have also fretted around seedling issues. Once that growth really kicks in it's a super relief and really fun to watch them literally shoot-up. And it sounds like you didn't even lose any of them, great work!

Thanks everyone, it's fixed now.
The leaves are back up, they drink their water and the BS stopped spreading.

Can someone help me I flushed down to 300 ppm im using canna coco coir ph water at 6 using the Lucas formula

If i had to guess this looks like light burn to me.
300W+ LED grow lights need to be kept far away from your plants to prevent light burn (up to 30″ or more).
You should start your own thread using the same template i did to quickly get an answer.
