A lot people like to post there first grow with joy and happiness. I'm posting this last grow with sadness, because I can't do it anymore. I'm going blind and no one can stop it. Damn, I'm almost there. I had a IED (improvised explosive device) go off under my feet and I lost my left eye and have an inoperable cataract in my right eye. Burns over 48% of my body with lots of skin grafts. I use magnification devices to see now. Back to the grow....
A new way to grow!
The goal is to raise the Cation exchange capacity, or CEC to get the maximum absorption from the nutrients with no additives. The theme of this grow is SIMPLICITY! Keeping it simple!!!
I started this grow on 2/13/19 with some seeds that came from a plant that wasn't even 15 inches tall. It was one of the first indoor grows I had done a few years back. Here's the mother plant that I got the seeds from. She ain't much, but I still loved her!

I using two substrates in this grow. One organic soil and one soil-less.
Roots organic, and Pro-mix BX. I will just say organic or soil-less through out the rest of the grow.
I use only unpolluted rain water from a rain barrel!!! The water I use is very important in this grow, and I use it from the very beginning to the very end.
The nutrients I use are GH Flora Series with no additives. I only use them at the end of the grow and not for the first 4 to 6 weeks.

Lights, 2 LED Chinese Hygro 1000 watts, equals about 400 watts out of the wall each.
One 400 watt HPS, Everything together about 1200 watts out of the wall total.
A couple of oscillating fans, and a couple of 20 in, large floor fans.
Grow area is a 6x6 room.
Heres the mother plant I got seed from.

I will speed through the first part and try to catch up to where I am now in flowering.
I plant my seeds directly in the organic soil. This organic soil is a whopping 3900 ppm or 6.0 EC. I only give them rain water with a little cal mag. watching out to not over water.

I forgot to put 4 ft florescent light on the list. I use this light for a few weeks before I move them up. They are only getting rain water. Simple grow.

After 20 days I transplanted up to 1 gal pots in organic soil. Moved to more light. Only rain water with nothing else.

10 days later I transplanted the 1 gallon pots into 5 gallon pots with soil-less peat. I watered the organic plug very well before transplanting and sit the plug in the peat and let set for a couple of day before I watered the peat. Just rain water.

After being in the peat for a couple of weeks, I started a very low dose feeding program.

I've started giving the plants 2ml micro, 2ml grow, 2ml bloom in rain water with cal mag nitrate. I water from the bottom first then top. They are only taking 2 & 1/2 Litre of feed per five gallon pot. (FROM NOW ON) only nutrients feed in rain water. No plain water until last 2 or 3 week of the grow.

The Cation exchange capacity of these plants are starting to connect like crazy! The organic plug has a very high negative charge and the synthetic nutrients have a positive charge. Peat mix Bx has vermiculite which is has a medium CEC too. Put all 3 together and they are like magnets making connections with each other. It only takes a little nutrients to work well. The nutrient range at this time, is about 350 ppm max or .6 EC counting calmag. Less than 200 without cal mag. With the flowering stretch and addition of nutes, I'm getting about 2 to 3 inchs a day.

Those plants look really nice. I do hope this isn't truly your last grow. I personally find growing Cannabis highly therapeutic and would want to continue through any adversity. Hopefully you can find a way to keep growing. Even without sight, people have done amazing things; your ailment will only hold you back if you let it. So I will say it again, hopefully you keep growing and keep posting up here.

It works so well, I got tip burn on 1 plant, even with such a low dose of nutrients.

I had to tie back the tops because they were getting out of control. This is the plant that has tip burn.
