So what I’m seeing is:, it’s not affecting the whole plant, seems like just a few older leaves, and those in the last pic looks quite wilted.
Over watered, over fertilized, soil not well aerated, so drainage questionable, damaged roots or disease. Those are what I’m thinking...

A little more info would help. How long have they been doing this? What type of dirt? Are these transplanted... if so, when? Type of fertilizer, watering or feeding schedule? To me, they look like they were recently transplanted and suffering transplant shock. The white leaves could be damage from weeks ago, the new growth is what you need to watch carefully. This *might* be partially overfeeding...details will help a lot.

I had leaves looking like this not long ago, it effected the lowest older leaves on each branch. I had many suspicions. It began moving up the plant killing leaf after leaf, no matter what I tried it never improved enough, in the end I took it out and shook off as much of the old soil as possible and repotted in different soil, after that the plant has been growing good again.
Your plants taking nutrients from its oldest leaves to give to the the new growth, so you have a deficiency for sure, you need to check the ph of your water and your soil if you can. Thats most probably the cause, I'm betting soil ain't right
