Not the best pictures though can you get a couple in natural light close up on some of the spots just to make sure it's fungal, also what's your humidity?

No I am not certain of anything. I’m running through an RO. Water is clean. PH naturally sitting around 6.5. No lock out. These plants were purchased as clones in LA. Sent to my residence via usps. Upon arrival I did notice WPM. Treatments of neem cleared it up but I always noticed as they grow the lower leaves that took damage in shipping seemed to spread. That’s what makes me think it’s fungal. Maybe the box I used for shipping had spores? Are you certain that this is a fungal issue? I haven't had to deal with fungal infestations, but I thought they looked undernourished... but it won't be the first time I was mistaken.

^ that was my first thought when I saw that too! OP right now I'm trimming so I don't really have time but I'm not sure that's fungal either, maybe somebody else can help you but in the meantime I wouldn't treat that yet for a fungal infection, you could treat it with a spray of 1 tablespoon per gallon of baking soda if you do believe it's fungal but I agree with Jim, to me that looks more like a nutritional problem? Are you certain that this is a fungal issue? What's your medium, what are you feeding and at what PPM, also how are you checking the pH?No I am not certain of anything. I’m running through an RO. Water is clean. PH naturally sitting around 6.5.
