Fellow stoners, would you be so kind to help with this problem with a Grand Daddy Purple fem seedling?

Photo shows canoeing downward, shiny, larger fan leaves and new leaves are canoeing as well.

In a solo cup with Happy Frog potting soil, getting a little ph'd water when needed. Approx. 100 ppm water @ 6.5 Ph.

Led grow light fully dimmed to 100watt draw at the wall outlet. I'm guesstimating output to be 140 watt equivalent. Distance to canopy 3+ feet.

Can't be N excess in Happy Frog, can it? Three other seedlings (Pure Indica, Bubba Kush in same soil, and Big Bud in hydro bucket) do not show this problem, so can't be light burn, can it? I'm perplexed about how to save poor little purple girl.

Thanks in advance.

Happy Frog is very lightly amended unlike Ocean Forest by Fox Farm.
The plants dont look that bad at all for a start. You are going to have modulation as the turgegness of the plant goes thru your watering and the mediums drying cycle.
By the look of age I would recommend 50% feed of nutes next feed then move to reg veg feed the following feed after.
(They are old enuff---older than 2 weeks from seed germ.))
Keep rocking

I would saturate those cups to a little runoff when dry again. You may be burning the roots as they grow into dry soil.
