first grow experiencing a few problems.
First problem is yellow spots on leaves and some holes in foliage thought it was a calcium deficiency but been adding cal mag and still more yellow spots.
Other problem is ec run off and ppm run off is extremely high feeding at 800-900 ppm 1.3- 1.5 ec and run off comes out as 4000-5000 ec and ppm runoff at 2000-3000 need help feeding with rain water ph to 5.8 and growing in coco using two 600 watt hps lights nutrients I use is coco sensi part a and part b and cal mag help please

It's not lack of calcium I'm assuming ph is the issue from nutrient buildup. You are either not watering with enough runoff or not often enough. Your coco should ideally stay 95% saturated or better for optimal growth.

I have small spill trays So I suppose I’m not watering with enough run off as atm feeding rehire every day or every 2 days as in week 5 of veg what do you recommend to get the ppm down and ec down

Have plant pics. I would make a light feed solution flush though maybe 2-3x the volume of pot and check run off at the end. Then after seeing the plant size feed atleast daily maybe more until you get 20% run off. You will find as you water more often you won't need as much feed to get that amount of run off.
 
Also remove the run off after watering so the pot doesn't sit in it.
