Hello!
I'm having problems with this girl (Orange Bud).
All my seed are from good seed banks.
I'm growing CBD Green Crack and Orange Bud from Dutch Passion, Jack Herer from Green House & Boby Dick from Dinafem.
All the girls growing very well, except the Orange Bud. I only have one plant per strain. The Moby Dick has the same time but is growing perfect.

What's happening? Bad seed?
I rise lights (Viparspectra) 30" above the canopy, thinking about light burn.
The soil is a mix between 50% peat moss, 10% perlite, 20% worm castings, 20% Coco coir.

This is the picture and the comparison to the moby dick.

I'm not saying it's the same thing but it does look similar to an issue I had on a leaf or two a while back?

Your mix looks kind of wet, maybe up the % perlite, good luck!
