Strange spots on leaves

Hey guys please help out, this weird spots just start appearing on my plant leaves , they are 3 plants, am growing in coco/perlite mix and am feeding Flora trio series, i use neem oil as pesticide, and I have no bugs infestation, any ideas on the issue?

Make a list of your stats for the boys...ppm.ph.light.if you spray with something..stuff like that...and a whole plant pic..

Looks like Mite damage of some kind:(Check for tiny moving dots(spider mites or something similar) on the underside of the leaves.Are you sure you dont have bug infestation because it looks like this.May be they are old,are they spreading?
