Holes burned in healthy looking planty

Hello Friends!
So i have a plant starting with one leaf burned with holes as per pictures.
So information about my grow:
Strain: Vanilla Kush
Week: Starting of week 3
HST: Topped 3 days ago
Med: Soil, Plagron, Batmix
Water: Pure water, Root complex, not additional nutrients.
Light: HPS 400 watt
Distance to light: 40 cm

The plant looks really healthy to me (hobby gardener only) all leafs look fine except that one with those holes, and some kind of dark colors on the leafs.

I would really appreciate a reply from you guys!

I see that on a few of my plants..seems to just be fast growth or just not a perfect leaf opening up..never a issue and only here and there...but you are in dirt..ppl.are going to start saying bugs of some sort..may want to be sure it's not..IDK never had bugs before..also I noticed on your leafs..can't tell if it shadow or if it's lite purple on the leafs?..

Color police here... please post a pic in white light with your yellow grow light shut off
That way peeps can help you with identifying problems ,

please help keep our purple planet safe for future generations......
