Hello everyone. 1st time grower here. I started soaking my seeds for 24 hours in water. I also soaked rapid rooters for 24 hours. I made sure to sterilize everything as well. They seem to all be sprouting fine. I am on the 2nd day and the sucker leaves on one of them is yellow (on the 3rd picture). Is this because it is a new leaf or possibly from too much water. I also have the MarHydro TSW 2000 lights and I was wondering if maybe the lights were at an appropriate setting. I have them about 18 inches up from the seedlings. Do the rest of them look normal? I have one where they seed is still attached. I am going to give it some time and see what happens. Any help is greatly appreciated!

18 inches seems awfully close. I run a 600w viperspectra tc, I stay 30 inches above at a reduced output. You may consider raising your Lamp.
I will do that and see if they get better. I'm also going to let them dry out a little before their next feeding. The rapid rooters tells you to out 1/4 in if water in the tray but I noticed that was way too much water for them.

Great plan. Not familiar with rooters. With a 600w LED its best to never come closer then 24 inches. Thats at bloom, not veg. Your 2000w LED is very capable of bleahing your canopy. Always start further out and slowely test your way back down, towards canopy. A bleached canopy will cost many weeks at best. Good luck on your grow.

Raise the light and do what you said above about keeping them moist but not wet because they do tend to stay too wet and you should be on a good path

don't worry about that first set of leaves turning yellow they feed the plant for a week or two and then fall off, good luck!

So I raised the lights like suggested to 30 inches and it looks like maybe the are now reaching for the light. I just lowered the light down to 24 inches and have my fans going now. I am thinking that may be why the one is starting to curl up a little. They are still in the humidity some until I can get a humidifier in the morning. Would this make sense as to why the seedlings are both reaching (from the light) and starting to curl(from being too hot)? It was about 85 in my tent but I had my temperature gauge up high so I figured it was a little warmer up too than where the seedlings actually were. Another thing, do you guys run the inline fan 24/7 or do u shut it off when they sleep? I would think it would make more sense to keep it running 24/7 to replace the fresh air.

Finally got the humidifier and the humidity is at 70, temp is at 76. I have both my inline fan and oscillating fan running in low. These babies are feeling much better I think after I transplanted them into Solo cups. The roots were hanging out the bottom of the rapid rooters. Hoping all goes well!!

Trying to find the best temperature and humidity with these babies. I have the lights at 24" which is the recommended height for veg with these lights. I also had to vent the air from the inline fan out the window because it was causing the room to get too hot and my plants started curling and stressing:(. I am hoping they snap back from it. The temp now is about 75 and the humidity is at 53%.
