My guava plant hermied in one place and there are seeds in one place how long before they’re mature was gonna chop her down in 5 days

IMO..At this point when you are going to chop pop out a seed. If it’s small and white, I’d let the plant go longer. The other option is to harvest the rest or the plant leaving that area intact until the calyx splits revealing a mature seed.
